Quick, Easy, Healthy Breakfast. :)

So, now that the weather is cooling off, it is getting harder and harder to get out of my warm and cozy bed in the morning. My morning routine includes taking the dog out to do his deed, getting the kids dressed and fed and worrying about myself last... isn't that always the way it goes.

 

However, my breakfast salvation has been none other than Quaker Quick Oats. It literally only takes five minutes to cook and it feeds both the kids and myself (and it keeps in the fridge as well). My girls love it with just some brown sugar and milk. I like to get a little more creative.

 

 

 

 

Here are some yummy add ons to spice up your warm bowl of oats:

 

  • Bananas

  • Berries

  • Coconut

  • Peanut Butter

  • Nuts

  • Raisins/Dried Fruit

  • Maple Syrup

  • Apples/Pears

  • Chocolate Chips
